Provide comprehensive support for tactical communication and network systems; Full deployment, installation, and configuration of these systems across naval, aerial, vehicular, and field assets; Ensure reliable, secure, and mission-ready communication capabilities; Configure and manage all networking hardware, including routers, switches, servers, radios (HF, VHF, UHF), and satellite terminals; Ensure systems are configured to meet required specifications for secure, reliable, and interoperable connectivity; Provide expert-level technical support and rapid response troubleshooting for end-users and field teams; Conduct proactive and reactive maintenance on all deployed communication and network systems; Manage and track equipment inventories, including procurement, deployment, and decommissioning; Create and update all necessary technical documentation; Implement and execute quality control and quality assurance measures; Provide documented analysis and recommendations for continuous improvement; Provide network architecture design and management.
