Position Summary: The Program Manager will lead and oversee enterprise-wide programs and strategic initiatives across Information Security, Infrastructure, Data, Application Development, Maintenance, and Support organizations. This individual will be responsible for aligning multiple projects under a common program structure, ensuring successful execution, managing risks and dependencies, and driving business outcomes. This role will oversee multiple strategic initiatives, with Project Managers ultimately rolling up to this individual. The successful candidate will provide leadership, establish governance, drive accountability, and ensure alignment across business and technical teams while managing complex, multi-year programs from planning through execution. The ideal candidate will be a strategic, results-driven Program Manager with a proven track record of leading large-scale enterprise programs and portfolios.
