We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Technical Consultant in Plantation, Florida. The role involves working in a fast-paced, multi-client environment, handling a variety of IT tasks, and interacting with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Handle multiple clients with diverse and complex IT needs, adapting quickly to troubleshoot various issues.
• Leverage Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience to address client needs effectively.
• Utilize a broad and adaptable IT skill set, managing internal IT for a single organization if necessary.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical clients, manage expectations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Intune for managing devices, applications, and security in a corporate environment.
• Apply a strong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and subnetting.
• Configure and manage firewalls, particularly Cisco Meraki, WatchGuard, and Sophos, including setting up rules, managing traffic, and ensuring network security.
• Exhibit expertise with VLANs for network segmentation and security.
• Manage and configure Microsoft Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and server roles.
• Transition systems from on-premise Microsoft servers to Azure, understanding both traditional server environments and cloud architecture.
• Participate in large-scale, enterprise-level IT projects, such as system migrations, infrastructure upgrades, or complex deployments.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives, particularly migrating from on-premise environments to the cloud (Azure).• Must hold a minimum of 5 years' experience in a related role
• Proficient in Checkpoint, Cisco ASA, Cisco Routers, and Cisco Technologies
• Experienced in AB Testing, Computer Hardware, and Configuration Management
• Knowledgeable in Intune, Cisco Firewall, WatchGuard, and Sophos
• Capability to handle Direct-Customer-Facing roles
• Familiar with Microsoft Windows Server, Azure Stack, and Microsoft Azure
• Experienced in Cloud migration, VLAN, and Network Engineering
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred
• Must have a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently
• Must have strong analytical and project management skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Excellent customer service skills and client-facing experience
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future.
