We are seeking a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant for our team in the Energy/Natural Resources industry based in Houston, Texas. This role involves managing the project life cycle from initiation to closure, and ensuring the successful execution of projects. As a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant, you will also need to manage day-to-day project activities and resources, while communicating and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
• Successfully manage and oversee the lifecycle of multiple projects concurrently
• Create, manage, and track project documents such as project schedules, financials, detailed project plans, scope documents, and communication plans
• Conduct and organize meetings with project team and stakeholders to facilitate project planning
• Lead technical and requirements gathering sessions to bring people and understanding together
• Manage project cost, including planning, budgeting, coding invoices, forecasting, and controlling costs to ensure project completion within approved budget
• Communicate and collaborate with internal and external customers as needed, managing expectations and interfacing with stakeholders
• Drive decisions, including managing tradeoffs between resources, schedule, and functionality
• Coordinate with third party integration teams for integration and testing
• Maintain relationships across the organization
• Utilize skills in Atlassian Jira, Cisco Technologies, Cloud Technologies, CRM, Database, About Time, Agile Scrum, Budget Processes, Change Management, Communication to effectively perform job functions.• Proficiency in Atlassian Jira
• Familiarity with Cisco Technologies
• Experience with Cloud Technologies
• Knowledge of CRM
• Ability to manage and work with Databases
• Proficiency in About Time software
• Experience in Agile Scrum methodology
