Job Description:

• Handle large volume of immigration matters

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues

• Draft legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, appeals, contracts, and agreements

• Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings

• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients

• Stay updated on changes in legislation and regulations affecting the practice areas

• Collaborate with colleagues on complex cases and projects

Job Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience handling immigration matters

• Must be fluent in Spanish.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

• Admission to the Florida Bar

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
