They are seeking an experienced immigration attorney to join the team! If you possess 5+ years of Family Immigration experience and are passionate about helping families build new lives in the United States, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients before USCIS (United States Citizenship & Immigration Services), EOIR (Executive Office for Immigration Review) offices
• Manage cases related to family-based visa petitions such as I-130s/I-485s
• Provide legal counsel on issues like deportation defense or waivers
• Working closely with the Partner
• Manage attorneys on the team

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have;

• Juris Doctorate degree with active membership at any state bar.
• At least five years practicing exclusively within U.S. family based immigrant visas laws
• Excellent written/verbal skills
• Spanish speaking
