Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Pharmacist to join our hospital pharmacy team on a 4-week assignment. In this role, you will provide high-quality, cost-effective pharmaceutical services to patients, physicians, and other healthcare providers. You will also play a key role in the ongoing assessment, planning, and treatment of patients, ensuring prehensive support to patients, families, and medical staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications and offer pharmaceutical expertise to patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Participate in patient treatment planning, ensuring all pharmaceutical care is of the highest quality.
• Provide support to patients, families, and the healthcare team regarding medication therapy.
• Maintain accurate documentation of pharmaceutical services provided.
• Participate in the on-call rotation as required.

Requirements:

• Active Montana Pharmacist License.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a hospital pharmacy setting.
• Proficiency with the Meditech Expanse EHR system.
