Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Inpatient Pharmacist for a short-term assignment starting on September 16th. If you have experience in an inpatient setting and are available for a 4-week mitment, this opportunity could be a great fit for you.

Position Details:

• Role: Inpatient Pharmacist
• Start Date: September 16th
• Duration: 4 weeks
• EMR System: Meditech
• Shifts: Day/Afternoon shifts

Inpatient Duties:

1. Medication Reconciliation: Conduct thorough medication reconciliation during patient admissions and discharges to ensure continuity of care.
2. Clinical Monitoring: Monitor patient therapy for drug interactions, therapeutic efficacy, and side effects, making necessary adjustments in collaboration with the healthcare team.
3. Sterile pounding: Prepare and pound sterile medications, including IV admixtures, in pliance with USP standards.

Requirements:

• PharmD
• Active Montana (MT) pharmacist license
• 1 year of experience in an inpatient setting
