Robert Half's client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Project Manager / Operations Manager to join their team in Arlington, VA. This onsite role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in marketing operations, strategic leadership, and project management. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns, overseeing resource management, and driving operational excellence within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Operations & Traffic Management:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and implement traffic management strategies to optimize workflow and enhance campaign performance.
- Monitor and analyze marketing analytics to drive data-driven decisions and process improvements.
- Strategic Leadership & Operational Excellence:
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of B2B and B2C marketing initiatives.
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness across all marketing channels.
- Conduct cost/benefit analysis to ensure optimal use of resources and budget.
- Project Management & Resource Management:
- Plan, execute, and oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope and budget.
- Manage resources across multiple projects, balancing workload and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Utilize project management tools such as Workfront, Asana, Wrike, and Jira to streamline operations and improve team collaboration.
- CRM Operations & Multi-Channel Campaign Management:
- Manage CRM operations, including Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Coordinate and optimize multi-channel marketing efforts across various platforms, including digital, email, and social media.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Collaborate with peers and cross-functional teams to drive innovation and achieve strategic goals.
Required Experience:
- Proven experience in digital project management and marketing operations.
- Expertise in CRM tools such as Salesforce, Acoustic, and Adobe Campaigns.
- Proficiency in work management tools such as Workfront, Asana, Wrike, and Jira.
- Experience with DAM systems like EnterWorks DAM and Aprimo DAM.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Tableau, and ERP systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to mentor and guide teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing.
- Strong understanding of process improvements and operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with Smartsheet and other work management tools.
