The ideal candidate will excel in customer service, serving as a liaison for multiple departments within the company. Strong communication skills are essential, as this role involves answering phones and submitting work orders for facility-related issues. Key responsibilities include processing invoices in ServiceNow, managing utility bills in Excel (requiring knowledge of spreadsheets and formulas), and entering numerous requisitions for supplies related to facility and maintenance needs.
