Responsibilities

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

We are seeking an Onboarding Professional to join our HR Operations team, which supports Associates across North America and LATAM with HR-related questions and issues.

• Serve as the main point of contact for new hires, answering questions and addressing any concerns they may have during the onboarding process.
• Coordinate the entire onboarding process, from pre-employment paperwork to the first day on the job.
• Use HR systems (such as Workday, ServiceNow, or other HRIS platforms) to manage and track onboarding tasks.

• Experience in HR Operations, onboarding, or Talent Acquisition.
• Experience in HR systems.
