Partners Personnel is currently conducting a search for a qualified and experienced Human Resources Generalist with a training background as well. Our client is part of an international corporation with a manufacturing facility located in Buford GA. This position is being offered as a Direct Hire opportunity. It is on site daily, 8:00- 5:00 and commuting to Buford must be a reasonable one for you to consider. You will be providing support for and advising managers and employees for the assigned area throughout the employee life-cycle. As a generalist, you will be involved with day to day HR duties, recruiting, onboarding, and training.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Maintain all employee personnel filing. Conduct periodic audits, prepare, and present reports.
• Organize, track, and archive policies and procedures for the organization.
• Assist in coordination of benefit meetings and documentation processing for health and retirement.
• Assist the Compensation and Benefits Specialist in tracking leaves of absences including, short-term and long-term disability, FMLA, and personal leave.
• Assist leave of absence request, to include processing leave requests, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely communication with employees regarding leave entitlements, approvals, and denials.
• Develop and facilitate human resources specific training and support materials for managers and employees. Conduct annual benefits open enrollment training.

Training Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible organization wide training opportunities. Develop and facilitate human resources specific training and support materials for managers and employees. Conduct annual benefits open enrollment training.
• Responsible for implementing corporate training and development strategy guidelines and programs on-site.
• Creating, assisting with, and monitoring all integration training courses for new employees and Managers

Qualifications: 

• 3-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or manager role working with exempt, non-exempt , managers and stakeholder employees
• College degree preferred, SHRM or PHR strongly preferred 
• Software experience must show MS Office Suite, and HRIS platform. Additional software for payroll, TAS, training materials, would all be suggested as a plus. 
• Demonstrable communication skills -  verbal, written and in person presentation. 
• Detailed oriented, organized, able to work independently as well as support a group or team
