We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in the Professional Services industry, based in Denver, Colorado. In this role, you will serve as a primary contact point for our customers and employees, providing both service and administrative support in a highly organized and detail-oriented manner.
Responsibilities:
• Fielding inbound and outbound calls, serving as a key contact point for our customers, employees, and guests.
• Delivering exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries, and addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
• Handling data entry tasks with accuracy, ensuring all customer information is up-to-date and correctly recorded.
• Managing email correspondence, responding to emails in a timely and professional manner.
• Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) to create documents, manage data, and schedule appointments.
• Scheduling appointments and managing calendars to ensure smooth operations.
• Operating Great Plains software for various administrative tasks.
• Balancing multiple tasks simultaneously, demonstrating the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Continuously learning on the job to improve performance and adapt to new tasks or challenges.
• Supporting other team members and departments as needed, demonstrating teamwork and cooperation.• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role within the professional services industry.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word.
• Excellent customer service skills, including experience with answering inbound calls and managing inbound/outbound calls.
• Ability to handle data entry tasks with high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience in managing email correspondence professionally and efficiently.
• Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively.
• Familiarity with Great Plains (GPAC) would be advantageous.
• Proactive attitude towards problem-solving and ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have a strong commitment to maintaining a high level of confidentiality and integrity.
