A medical center located in Seattle, WA is currently seeking a Registered Nurse Case Manager to join their team full time!Check out the details below:
Title: Registered Nurse Case Manager
Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Setting: Wound Care
Location: Seattle, WA
Schedule: Part Time, Monday-Friday, 25hrs per week
Pay:Pay between $37.23-$55.85/hr depending on years of experience
The Registered Nurse Case Manager duties to include but not limited to:
-Provide patient care to wound Care Center patients and handle patient intake and discharge processes
-Perform initial assessment, communicate findings with assigned physician, assessing wound stage, documenting care plans, evaluate patients status etc
- Perform hyperbaric oxygen therapy related duties as assigned once training is complete
REQUIREMENTS:
-Current RN WA License required
-CPR and BLS required
- Wound care in an acute or long term care facility experience required
