Job Description: Soliant Health is seeking a passionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Longmont, Colorado. As an SLP, you will play a crucial role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with speech, language, munication, and swallowing disorders.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid license to practice Speech-Language Pathology in the state of Colorado
• Certificate of Clinical petence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), or eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Previous experience in a school setting
• IEP experience preferred
• Experience with AAC devices

Responsibilities:

• Conducting prehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, munication, and swallowing disorders
• Developing individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals
• Providing therapy services to address articulation, language prehension, fluency, voice, and swallowing difficulties
• Collaborating with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and optimize treatment outes
• Documenting patient progress, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to regulatory requirements
