Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address munication disorders and facilitate students' academic success.
- Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings, targeting areas such as articulation, language prehension, and social munication skills.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' overall development and enhance their munication skills across various environments.
- Monitor progress, collect data, and adjust intervention strategies as needed to ensure positive outes.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- New Mexico state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
- Certificate of Clinical petence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred.
- Strong munication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
