Infusion Pharmacist

HealthCare Support is actively seeking Infusion Pharmacist to fill an opening with a large managed care, infusion services, and pharmacy benefits management company in Farmingdale, NY.

Daily Responsibilities for Infusion Pharmacist:

• Contact with patients, doctors, hospital staf
• Collaborate with nursing, pharmacy, sales, customer service, and billing co-workers
• Clear, concise, timely documentation
• Ability to rotate through processing, production and final product tasks as needed
• On call rotation a possibility
• Ability to work productively in a team environment
• Ability to work with remote staff to ensure patient care needs are handling efficiently
• Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM but need to be flexible with overtime and or shift changes based on business needs. Overtime and weekends are needed at times and would appreciate flexibility to contribute when asked

• Active NY BOP license
• Infusion experience but retail experience is acceptable
• Ability to handle stressful situation at times
• Ability to handle dual responsibilities at times
• Proven record of organizational skills
• Proven record of positive collaboration
• Proven record of a highly functioning team player
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Attendance and Punctuality

• 1-2 years infusion experience
• High level of technological proficiency

Pay: $62.00 - $65.00 an hour
