About the Role:
Soliant is seeking a dedicated and experienced Inpatient Pharmacist to join our team at a leading 200-bed hospital in Salinas, CA. This role is perfect for a pharmacist who thrives in a dynamic inpatient environment and is eager to contribute to a team mitted to delivering top-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Verification: Ensure accuracy and appropriateness of all medication orders.
• Supervision: Oversee pharmacy technicians to maintain efficient and pliant workflow.
• Consultation: Collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care, providing drug therapy consultations and remendations.
• Pharmacokinetics: Monitor and adjust medication dosages based on pharmacokinetic principles and patient-specific factors.
• IT Management: Utilize Meditech for all pharmacy-related IT needs, including order entry and patient management.

Ideal Candidate:

• Licensure: Active and unencumbered California Pharmacist License.
• Experience: At least 1 year of inpatient pharmacy experience, with a strong understanding of hospital pharmacy operations.
• Skills: Excellent munication, teamwork, and critical-thinking skills. Ability to integrate quickly into the team and contribute effectively.
• Flexibility: fortable with variable shifts and adaptable to the needs of the hospital.
