A well-regarded hospital in Salinas, CA, is seeking an Interim Pharmacy Supervisor to step in for the outgoing clinical manager, with a focus on pharmacy operations. This role offers a great opportunity for a hands-on leader who is ready to manage the day-to-day operations and support the Director of Pharmacy (DOP) by overseeing technician scheduling and operational workflows.

Location: Salinas, CA | ~200-bed Hospital

pensation: DOE, Local/Travel

• Day-to-day management of pharmacy operations.
• Oversee and manage the scheduling of pharmacy technicians.
• Work closely with the DOP to ensure smooth operations.

• Strong inpatient pharmacy management experience
• CA Pharmacist license, required
• Supervisory experience with the ability to lead and motivate staff.
• A team player who is willing to "roll up their sleeves" and help out wherever needed.
