Summary:
Sunbelt is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a school district near Cary, ILand provide exceptional behavioral support services to students in grades K-12. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
• Provide training and guidance to school staff on implementing behavior plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure student success
• Monitor and analyze data to measure progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Maintain accurate records and documentation

Qualifications:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Minimum 2 years of experience working as a BCBA, preferably in a school setting
• Must be able to commute toCary, IL
