Any experience with Medicare billings is ideal but not required. This opportunity is open due to the impending retirement of the incumbent. Experience working in a nursing home, hospital or physicians practice is preferred along with good supervisory skills.

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with senior management to drive financial planning and analysis.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with regulations.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support organizational growth and efficiency.
• Oversee and manage all financial operations within our healthcare organization.
• Analysis of cost reports and Medicare billings.
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to achieve high performance.
• Supervising 4 in all reporting and general accounting functions.
