ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team for the 2024/25 school year. This full-time position will start in August 2024 and run through June 2025. The role involves working with a K-12 caseload across 2-3 school sites in Sanford, NC. As an integral part of our team, you will provide onsite therapy services and support students in their physical development and mobility.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to students across K-12
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to meet each student's needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' educational goals
• Manage a caseload across multiple school sites, ensuring consistency and continuity of care

Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapy license in North Carolina
• Experience working with K-12 students in an educational setting
• Ability to work effectively across multiple school sites
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
