Job Opportunity: Full-Time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Location: Vista, CA

Position: Full-Time LVN

Hours: 30 hours per week

Caseload: 1:1 with a 6th grade student

Duration: ASAP to November 22, 2024 (with potential for extension)

Role Overview: ProCare Therapyisseeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time LVN to provide one-on-one care for a 6th grade student in Vista, CA. This position involves addressing daily needs such as toileting and feeding, and will start as soon as possible through November 22, 2024, with the possibility of an extension.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized daily care to a 6th grade student, including assistance with toileting and feeding.
• Monitor and manage the students health and well-being throughout the school day.
• Collaborate with school staff and parents to support the students needs and ensure a positive school experience.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in the students condition.

Qualifications:

• Valid LVN license in California.
• Experience with pediatric care, particularly with school-aged children, is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to the needs of the student.
