A school in Santa Claritais looking for a School Nurse to join their team! They are contracting this position through ProCare Therapy, my agency. • Full school year
• Full-Time
• Caseload: K-8
  • 3 elementary schools
  • 1 middle school
  • The school nurse willhandle management of vision/hearing screenings, create health plans, complete health surveys, and respond to medical needs of the students.
• On site
  • 4 sites

Qualifications:

• PPS Credential
• Credentialauthorizing serviceas a school nurse
  • RN
  • LVN?LPN
  • CNA will be considered
