We are seeking a passionate and skilled School Nurse to join our team nearBothell,Washington, working 1:1 with an elementary school student. This full-time position requires providing personalized healthcare support to ensure the student's safety and well-being throughout the school day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 nursing care for an elementary school student with specific health needs.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including feeding, toileting, and mobility support.
• Manage and monitor seizure activity, administering emergency interventions as needed.
• Develop and implement individualized health care plans tailored to the student's needs.
• municate regularly with parents, teachers, and other staff members to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for the student.
• Acpany the student on school transportation if required.

Qualifications:

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of Washington.
• Experience in pediatric nursing, preferably in a school setting.
• Proficiency in managing seizures and providing ADL support.
• CPR certification required.
• Strong munication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to respond calmly and efficiently in emergency situations.
