We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our high school disability classroom. As a classroom nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing specialized care to students with disabilities, ensuring their health and safety throughout the school day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to students with disabilities in the classroom setting.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and manage students' health needs, including G-tube, trach care, seizure management, and other medical interventions.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support students' health and educational goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date health records for all students.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid as needed.
- Educate staff on health care procedures and emergency protocols.
Qualifications:
- Valid LPN license in Minnesota.
- Strong munication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- CPR and First Aid certification.

Work Hours:
