Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time position at a high school in Pottstown, PA, for the 2024-2025 school year. **Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide prehensive nursing care to students, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
- Administer medications and manage chronic health conditions according to physicians orders.
- Maintain accurate and confidential student health records in pliance with state regulations.
- Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers to develop individualized healthcare plans.
- Promote a healthy and safe school environment through education, prevention, and intervention programs.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid or emergency care as needed.
- Participate in school health screenings and immunization programs.
- Serve as a resource for health-related issues within the school munity.

**Qualifications:**

- Active RN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric/adolescent populations is preferred.
- Strong munication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in emergency situations.
- Knowledge of state health regulations and school health policies.
- Current CPR/AED certification.
