Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join a school district near Hacienda Heights, CA. This part-time role is ideal for a professional looking to contribute to the well-being of students in a collaborative and supportive setting.

• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy plans for students
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' physical therapy needs
• Provide direct physical therapy services to students
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' physical goals
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided
• Work in conjunction with another on-site Physical Therapist
• Travel between school locations within the district as necessary

• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of California
• Experience working in a school setting is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and munication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

• Part-time: 2 days per week (16 hours per week)
• Start/End Date: 8/7/2024 - 5/22/2025
• Caseload: Various, to be determined, shared with another on-site Physical Therapist
