Title: Physical Therapist PT
Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Setting: Rehab
Location: Zanesville, OH
Schedule: Full-time days, Monday – Friday, no holidays/on-call
Pay: $82,000 - $108,000 annually based on education and experience, plus a full benefits package! Up to $15K sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance available!

The Physical Therapist duties to include but not limited to:
-Evaluate and plan treatment for patients referred to the service to provide treatment to patients with a variety of diagnoses and presenting symptoms
-Supervise and direct patient treatment activities of Assistants appropriately per departmental operations
-Ensure patient charges are accurately captured and submitted within 24 hours of treatment
-Complete documentation that is accurate, complete, timely, legible, and consistent with department documentation policies and regulatory agencies

REQUIREMENTS:
-Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
-Current Ohio PT license
-Minimum experience of one clinical rotation in a Rehabilitation Services setting
-Open to consider New Grads!
