Soliantis seeking a dedicated and skilledRegistered Behavior Technician (RBT)to join our team in the Happy Valley area. As an RBT, youll play a crucial role in providing one-on-one support to students with ASD, helping them achieve their goals and develop essential life skills.
Position Details:

• Role:Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Location:Happy Valley, Oregon area
• Duration:Summer through the 2024-25 school year
• Hours:Full-time (40 hours per week)
• Pay Range:$32-$39 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
• Caseload:1:1 support for students with ASD and behaviors

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). RBT supervision provided by district BCBA.
• Provide direct support to students during therapy sessions, focusing on skill acquisition, behavior management, and social munication.
• Collect data on student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other team members to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications:

• RBT Certification:Must be a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Experience:Previous experience working with individuals with ASD preferred.
• Passion:A genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of students with special needs.
• Team Player:Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and school staff.
