Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Special Education Teachers for a full-time role with a school districtin the Plaistow, New Hampshire area. This position offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on students' educational journeys while working in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each students needs.
• Provide direct instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs.
• Collaborate with general education teachers to integrate students into mainstream classrooms effectively.
• Assess and track students' progress, adapting instructional strategies as needed.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of students' performance and progress.
• Engage in ongoing communication with parents and guardians to support student achievement.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Special Education or related field (Masters degree preferred).
• Valid New Hampshire teaching certification in Special Education.
• Experience working with students with special needs in a classroom setting.
• Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
