Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of students' speech and language needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders.
• Provide speech therapy services in both individual and group settings.
• Maintain detailed records of student progress and therapy sessions.
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to enhance student outcomes.
• Actively participate in IEP meetings, providing valuable insights on speech and language needs.
• Stay current with the latest research and best practices in speech-language pathology to deliver high-quality care.

Requirements:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid Florida license or certification in Speech-Language Pathology.
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred, though Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply.
• Experience working with school-aged children is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and consistently meet deadlines.
• Passion for helping students reach their full potential.
