Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language pathology services to students in a virtual school environment.
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy sessions via online platforms.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication and learning needs.
• Maintain accurate records, monitor student progress, and adjust interventions as necessary to ensure student success.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• ActiveMinnesotaSLP license (CCCs).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders in a school setting.
• Experience providing virtual therapy services is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable computer with high-speed internet (Chromebooks/tablets not permitted).

Compensation and Benefits:

• Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor.
• Pay Rate: $45-55 per hour (based on district budget and candidate experience).
• Guaranteed Weekly Hours: Yes.
