Are you a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) looking to make a significant impact in a close-knit educational community? ProCare Therapy hasan exciting opportunity for a dedicated SLP to join our team in Oracle, Arizona. This full-time position involves working with preschool through 8th-grade students at a single school site, where you will manage a caseload of 44 students.
Position: Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy services to students with a variety of communication disorders.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs) for students on your caseload.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate speech and language needs, and provide appropriate interventions.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress and facilitate communication.
- Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, student progress, and other relevant documentation.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of school-wide strategies to support students communication needs.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid Arizona state licensure and certification in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Experience working with preschool and elementary-aged children is preferred.
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, families, and colleagues.
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively.
