Job Details:

Full-Time Positions:

• Caseload: Elementary-aged students.
• Multiple Openings Available.

Compensation:

• SLPAs: Competitive Hourly Rate
• SLPs (Clinical Fellows - CFs): Competitive Hourly Rate

Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs):

• Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, diagnose, and provide treatment for speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Develop and execute individualized therapy plans.
  • Collaborate with students, families, and educational staff to support therapy goals.
  • Maintain detailed records of therapy sessions and progress.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development.

• Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current Texas State License in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs):

• Responsibilities:

  • Assist SLPs in implementing therapy programs and conducting therapy sessions.
  • Document and report on client progress to the supervising SLP.
  • Prepare and organize materials for therapy.
  • Collaborate with SLPs, students, and families to facilitate therapy goals.

• Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field.
  • Current Texas State Licensure or Registration as an SLPA.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
