Job Details:
Full-Time Positions:
- Caseload: Elementary-aged students.
- Multiple Openings Available.
Compensation:
- SLPAs: Competitive Hourly Rate
- SLPs (Clinical Fellows - CFs): Competitive Hourly Rate
Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs):
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, diagnose, and provide treatment for speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and execute individualized therapy plans.
- Collaborate with students, families, and educational staff to support therapy goals.
- Maintain detailed records of therapy sessions and progress.
- Participate in ongoing professional development.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current Texas State License in Speech-Language Pathology.
- ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs):
Responsibilities:
- Assist SLPs in implementing therapy programs and conducting therapy sessions.
- Document and report on client progress to the supervising SLP.
- Prepare and organize materials for therapy.
- Collaborate with SLPs, students, and families to facilitate therapy goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field.
- Current Texas State Licensure or Registration as an SLPA.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
