Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all IT operations including but not limited to Cisco Technologies, Cloud Technologies, and Active Directory.
• Manage and maintain our customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring that it's used efficiently and effectively.
• Oversee the organization's database, ensuring its efficient operation and security.
• Handle EO/IR systems, ensuring their proper function and maintenance.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure systems and software are up to date.
• Manage backup technologies, ensuring data is secure and accessible when necessary.
• Oversee computer hardware, ensuring it's maintained and updated as necessary.
• Direct configuration management activities, ensuring systems are functioning optimally.
• Develop and implement IT policies and best practices.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure their technological needs are met.• Proficiency in Cisco Technologies is essential
• Familiarity with Cloud Technologies is required
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is a must
• Ability to manage and manipulate databases is vital
