We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager in the construction industry based in Deerfield Beach, Florida. Your main responsibility will be to oversee the budgeting and financial management aspects of our construction projects. This includes the use of accounting software systems, managing annual budgets, and ensuring accurate billing functions.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the budgeting process for various construction projects, including commercial construction projects

• Utilize accounting software systems such as ComputerEase and Procore to manage budgets and finances

• Manage the account coding process to ensure accurate allocation of costs to different projects

• Oversee the annual budgeting process, ensuring all costs are properly accounted for

• Ensure accurate billing functions, including the processing of customer credit applications and maintaining customer credit records

• Manage capital, including construction costs, to ensure projects are completed within budget

• Utilize skills in accounting functions to ensure accurate financial reporting

• Review and interpret construction drawings to understand cost implications

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action where necessary

• Use knowledge of construction industry standards and practices to make informed budgeting decisions

• Proficient in Account Coding and Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with Concur and managing various Accounting Functions

• Demonstrated ability in managing Annual Budget, Billing Functions, and Budget Processes

• Strong Capital Management skills

• Knowledge of the Construction industry, including Construction Cost and Construction Drawings
