We are recruiting a Compensation Financial Analyst to become a part of our client's team in Troy, Michigan. The role focuses on providing critical financial insights and analysis to guide strategic decision-making processes. This role will be instrumental in updating and maintaining financial records, calculating incentives and contributions, and preparing various financial reports.
Responsibilities:
• Regularly update and maintain financial records to ensure accuracy.
• Perform monthly and quarterly account balancing.
• Prepare and present various financial reports, including profit sharing contributions and capital contributions.
• Lead the preparation of annual budgeting processes.
• Perform auditing tasks to ensure the accuracy of financial data.
• Calculate incentives and distributions for various stakeholders.
• Review and summarize financial agreements and contracts.
• Compile year-end compensation packages for stakeholders.
• Assist leadership with ad hoc reporting and special projects.
• Utilize various accounting software systems to perform tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Conduct data mining techniques to gather necessary financial data.
• Oversee and manage various accounting functions.
• Apply knowledge of accrual accounting principles in daily tasks.
• Participate in capital management and budgeting processes.
• Perform compensation analysis as needed.
• Possess at least three years of experience as a Financial Analyst or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems.
• Experience in various Accounting Functions.
• Knowledge of Accrual Accounting.
• Experience in Auditing is a must.
• Familiarity with Budget Processes.
• Experience in Capital Management.
• Proficient in Budgeting.
• Experience in Compensation Analysis is necessary.
