Kimberly Casey with Robert Half is seeking a hands-on Controller for a company 20 miles south of Eugene, OR. We are in need of a Controller to join our client's team in Cottage Grove, Oregon. The Controller will be hands-on, with no direct reports and will be a crucial part of the team, taking on the responsibility of overseeing the financial health of the company. This role reports directly to the GM with frequent interaction with the Owners. The Controller will be leaned on as the financial expert for the company. Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all accounting functions

• Handle auditing tasks and ensure financial compliance

• Develop and monitor budget processes

• Utilize NetSuite for various financial tasks

• Manage and maintain the general ledger

• Conduct month-end close activities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements

• Collaborate with business leaders and owners to drive financial success

• Leverage financial expertise to contribute to team decisions

• Bring 10-15+ years of relevant experience to the role.
