In NEW YORK, NY (*Fully Remote* Position): Our client - major cybersecurity firm providing solutions for threat intelligence, threat response and security orchestration - is searching for a Sr. Contracts Manager, with demonstrable FAR/DFAR exposure, to support them on a fully remote, contract basis. The ideal candidate for this role will bring experience handling direction, management and administration of contracts in this space (cybersecurity), as role involves reviewing, redlining and negotiating agreements for their corporate group (such as NDA's, Master Agreements, Professional Services Agreements, Vendor Agreements, etc.). Position is full remote, 40 hours per week, business day hours, and roughly 6+ months in duration, potentially longer. Candidates MUST possess FAR/DFAR (military/federal agency-related contracts management) experience, with SaaS (Software as a Service) exposure a major plus for this role.
