The role involves collaborating with various departments to analyze financial data, and provide recommendations for improving profitability and operational efficiency, and oversee the cost centers and financial results for multiple entities. The Controller will supervise an accounting staff and ensure compliance. Have a hand in partnering with the CEO in driving the continued success of the business. Must have BS in Accounting and experience in handling a small businesses accounting, leadership experience and fire in the belly to succeed. Professional flexibility offered. • Minimum of 7 years of experience

• Strong ability in assessing Financial Performance and implementing necessary changes for improvement

• Expertise in Cash Management strategies to maintain optimal cash flow

• Ability to Analyze Financial Statements to inform business decisions

• Proven experience in Data Analysis, with the ability to use data to improve operational efficiency

• Proficiency in Profitability Management, including identifying opportunities for increased profitability

• Experience with managing Multiple Entities, demonstrating strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Demonstrated ability in Direct Supervision, with a focus on leading and developing a high-performing team

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; Master's Degree or CPA preferred

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in accounting software

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously

• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
