We are looking for a knowledgeable Benefits Specialist to join our client’s team in Northern NJ. The Benefits Specialist will play a key role in managing and optimizing employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing exceptional support to employees regarding their benefits options.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
Assist employees with benefits enrollment, claims, and inquiries, providing clear and timely information.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to benefits.
Collaborate with benefits providers and vendors to resolve issues and enhance service delivery.
Conduct benefits audits and prepare reports to assess the effectiveness and cost-efficiency of programs.
Support open enrollment processes and employee communications related to benefits.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in benefits administration or a similar role.
Strong understanding of benefits plans and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
