Calling on California-licensed Speech-Language Pathologists who are seeking an assignment with a focus on assessments! Soliant has partnered with a school district in northern California and is seeking Speech-Language Pathologists to complete assessments on an as needed basis for this school year.

Requirements:

• Applicants must be California residents, or able to travel to California to complete a background check (Livescan) in accordance with District requirements.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence
• California SLP license and valid SLP license in their state of residence

We seek applicants with the following skills:

• 2 years of on-site experience in schools highly preferred
• Familiarity with remote therapy model
• Technology skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of Zoom and its capabilities.
  • Ability to use IEP software.
  • Familiarity with MS Office, Google Docs, and PDF editing software
  • Working knowledge of online assessment tests and activities

Details of assignment:

• Part-time applicants welcome (at least 10 hours per week)
• Caseload of preschool and elementary students
• Responsible for assessments, predominantly of initial referrals (the bulk of these speech assessments are for children in Spanish-speaking families)
• 1099 assignment
