Join Our Team as a Teletherapy Speech-Language Pathologist in California for the 2024-2025 School Year

VocoVision is excited to invite dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists to join our remote team serving California. This contract role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in the state, with customizable scheduling, competitive compensation, and opportunities for overtime pay. We are looking to fill positions for the current semester, the summer extended school year, and the upcoming academic year.

Job Responsibilities:

• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with a diverse team, including occupational therapists, physical therapists, nurses, dietitians, and educators.
• Customized Therapy: Create and implement tailored therapy materials and sessions to address a variety of student skill levels.
• Assessment and Planning: Conduct assessments and help develop behavior management strategies and crisis intervention plans.
• Caseload Management: Oversee a caseload ranging from kindergarten through twelfth grade.
• Full-Time Commitment: Enjoy a flexible full-time schedule, typically working 37.5-40 hours per week.

Qualifications:

• Credentials: Must hold the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and be ASHA certified.
• Experience: Prior experience working with students is required.
• Licensure: Must possess valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in California.
• Eligibility: Must be eligible for state licensure.
• Desirable Skills: Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
