Description:

• Manufacturing company that makes a variety of custom parts, but their largest customers include John Deere, Lululemon (display shelves), Target (display shelves), etc.
• They also made the box you speak to in a drive through and other random metal products.
• Looking for 1st shift (open to 2nd too) press brake candidates. They will be setting up and running multiple jobs.
• Really big clean shop with a lot of updated equipment. They have 2 buildings right next to each other.
• Culture: A lot of bilingual Spanish speakers. They are also very faith based and a lot of people like hunting.
• They barely have any turnover and like to hire within.

Hours/Starting Pay Range:  

• 1st: 6-3:30 (sometimes 4:30) and 7-11 Fridays. Have done Saturdays before, rare.
• 2nd: 3:30 – 2 AM Mon-Thurs
• $25-$40/hr to start depending interview/experience
