Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced CNC Press Brake Operator to join our
team. We operate 2 new Cincinnati press brakes and a Schroeder Proform bending machine. An
understanding of Offline and machine side programing is essential. As a CNC Press Brake
Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to bend and shape
metal sheets and plates according to specifications. You will work with a variety of materials,
such as stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel, to produce precise and accurate components.
The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and
the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
• Set up and operate CNC press brake machines to bend and shape metal sheets and plates
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders to determine bending
operations and specifications
• Measure and inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards
• Monitor machine operations to ensure that products are formed accurately, and the
machine is well maintained and functioning properly
• Adjust machine settings to control factors such as depth and angle of bends, thickness of
material, and speed of machine. A history with and an ability to effectively operate 3D
press brake software
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the production process
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating CNC press brake machines
• Proficient in blueprint reading and interpretation
• Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy materials
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Late model Cincinnati Press Brake experience
• Familiar with Sigma-nest Bend Sim software, Solidworks software
• Ability to calculate flat patterns and an understanding of K-factors
