Responsibilities:

• Provide prehensive pharmacy and medication management services at amain campus and/or satellite clinics.
• Opportunity for career advancement to Advanced Practice Pharmacist with responsibilities including clinical pharmacy services and clinic management.

Requirements:

• Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree.
• Current valid and unrestricted license to practice Pharmacy in the U.S.
• Minimum of one year's experience as a Clinical Pharmacist.
