RPh on the Go is searching for a Travel Pharmacist to join our team in Peridot, Arizona. This is a 13+ week contract position and we are currently interviewing to start ASAP. Housing included and food provided!

Shifts:
Full time
8am-5pm

Overview:

• Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure top-tier service quality in alignment with professional and regulatory standards
• Develop and implement outcome measures and tracking systems to enhance operational and financial efficiency, integrating efforts into organization-wide Quality Improvement systems.
• Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of departmental policies and procedures.
• Continuously assess program effectiveness and drive process improvement initiatives.
• Provide feedback and utilize HR policies to support staff development and maintain performance standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Pharmacy; PharmD preferred including 1 year residency
• Preferred 1 year experiencein the ER
• Current and active Pharmacy license
• AHA/BLS certification within 30 days of hire
• Must be able to successfully pass and background and drug screen
