ER Supervisor Needed - Joshua Tree, CA

The Role: As our ER Supervisor, you'll lead a team of healthcare professionals, ensuring efficient, high-quality emergency care. You'll be the backbone of our ER, managing staff, resources, and critical situations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate nursing staff and assignments
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Act as a resource for staff and handle escalated issues
• Participate in direct patient care when needed
• Manage emergency situations and serve as initial incident commander

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred)
• Current California RN license
• ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications
• 5+ years of RN experience in an acute care setting
• Previous nursing supervisory experience a plus
• Strong leadership and communication skills
