We are currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the upcoming school year in Phelps. Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide comprehensive speech and language services to students in New York. As an SLP, you will play a vital role in supporting students' communication skills, academic achievement, and overall success in school.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, and communication skills
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address students' communication disorders and delays
• Provide direct therapy services to students individually or in small groups
• Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to support students' academic progress and participation in the classroom
• Consult with parents and caregivers to provide education and support related to speech and language development

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• Valid certification or licensure as an SLP in New York
• Previous experience working as an SLP in a school setting preferred
• Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
